NOMINATIONS AND AWARDS
The HinS team, together in Glasgow, December 2023
2024 was a special year for Humanism in Scotland... WE WERE TEN YEARS OLD!!! We are proud to promote Humanism as active Humanists and Celebrants throughout Scotland. In everything we do, we try to be caring, considerate and kind. We are here to help and if you ever wanted to reach out, please do, either here on our website or with our individual celebrants. Between us, we have a wide range of life experiences and skills and if we can't help you directly, we will be sure to offer advice and point you in the right direction.
We continue to receive nominations and awards in Scotland's best funeral and wedding celebrant categories and following several nominations and a highly recommended award in 2023, Natalie was crowned Scotland's Best Funeral Celebrant in December 2024.
What a wonderful achievement and so richly deserved! Natalie is a wonderful Celebrant, a dedicated Humanist, charity-worker, mum, wife and an all-round fabulous person! HinS is so proud to have her on our team!
We were also awarded a Gold Award on the UK wedding directory BRIDEBOOK for receiving so many five-star reviews from happy couples.
Duncan also recieved recognition for his wonderful service from The Quality Business Awards 2024... Best Celebrant in Falkirk! Well done Duncan and good luck at the 2025 Scottish Wedding Awards!
Gaining industry recognition and winning awards is fantastic but we know that receiving kind words and thanks from the people we help is the only reward we need. We feel honoured to be part of so many wonderful people's lives, even if it's only for a short time, so we thank each and every one of you for showing your love and appreciation. Your feedback, nominations and reviews mean so much, so thank you!
All the very best from everyone at Humanism in Scotland!
Natalie, with her husband, Graeme, receiving her Funeral Award in 2023
Duncan, receiving his Wedding Award in 2023.
