Need to talk?

By providing a confidential and personal service in support of others, our Celebrants offer a listening/advocacy facility based on their personal life experiences in a whole variety of matters, positive and/or adverse, which throughout life, may affect anyone.
C.B.T. or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is the 'hi-fallutin' name given to what we refer to as 'Active Listening'. This can be applied in the form of matters relating to health, physical, mental and emotional, with support - always non-judgemental and in absolute confidence. We simply wish for and act for your well-being, picking apart the issues which are the causes of your distress or unhappiness, bringing into focus, different perspectives which allow you to place them into a reality of lower priority, significance and hurt.
